I am very blessed with a great family. Throughout this blog, I will refer to my twin daughters as Blue Moon and Guinness, my grandson as The Tater Tot, and my son and his wife as The Video Man and Surrie Belle. My sweetie of the past four years is The Fahunah Man because he is not from the South but moved here in the seventies with his engineering job. Fahunah means not a native “Suhernuh” .
Family is very dear to me as a Southern Momma, Southern Nanna, and Southern Lady. These terms will be used about myself many times in my postings.
Southern families like nothing more than to gather round the dinner table and talk about the “happenings” of the day or share stories and tales of their lives.
